O loxoscelismo é a forma de araneísmo (ou aracnidismo) mais grave no Brasil. O gênero Loxosceles compreende mais de 100 espécies de aranhas nos continentes africano e americano. No Brasil, são conhecidas como aranhas marrons. Apesar da grande incidência na sua ocorrência poucos são os relatos acerca das condutas reparadoras, em especial as relacionadas à fisioterapia após cirurgias por lesões dermatonecróticas. O objetivo deste relato de caso foi registrar o atendimento fisioterapêutico de um paciente do sexo feminino, 29 anos, vítima de loxocelismo que sofreu desbridamentos e enxertias de pele para reparação das lesões no antebraço direito enquanto esteve internada num hospital. Posteriormente, os dados foram confrontados com a literatura disponível sobre loxoscelismo, queimaduras e fisioterapia após enxertia de pele. Conclui-se que os pacientes com lesões loxoscélicas, os quais necessitam de cirurgias reparadoras podem se beneficiar muito com o atendimento fisioterapêutico ainda na fase hospitalar. Porém, fatores como: local das lesões, tempo de cicatrização, número e complexidade das cirurgias, podem ser decisivos para essa indicação.
