Abstract
Interventions : Pendant les trois premiers mois, les patientes admissibles ont recu un placebo afin de permettre d’evaluer leur degre d’observance a long terme. Apres ces trois mois, 38 876 femmes admissibles avaient une bonne observance a leur traitement. Ces femmes ont ete reparties aleatoirement dans le groupe devant prendre l’aspirine 100 mg aux deux jours ou dans le groupe placebo. Un suivi annuel de la medication, de l’observance, de l’apparition d’effets secondaires, de l’occurrence d’evenements cardiovasculaires majeurs et des facteurs de risque a ete fait sur une periode de dix ans.
