Abstract
Le présent article décrit brièvement les programmes de cycles supérieurs en sciences de l’information (PPGCI) au Brésil et en présente la procédure d’évaluation, sur la base des critères du Système national d’évaluation, conçu par l’Agence brésilienne de perfectionnement de professeurs de l’enseignement supérieur (CAPES), organe lié au ministère de l’Éducation. Nous concluons que, même si les PPGCI évoluent au fil des ans, il y a place à amélioration. Dans ce scénario, le système d’évaluation de la CAPES joue un rôle important, montrant les points forts et les points faibles de chaque programme et indiquant des voies de rechange pour atteindre l’excellence.
