Abstract
Objetivo: O objetivo do presente estudo foi determinar a validadee reprodutilidade do questionário Quebec Back Pain Disability Scaleadaptado e modifi cado. Métodos: A amostra foi constituída por 20motoristas de ônibus urbano (média = 32,5 anos) que responderamo questionário do início do estudo e após 8 dias por um 1º avaliador.A reprodutibilidade do questionário foi determinada depois de 8 diaspor um 2º avaliador. Utilizou-se técnicas de estatística descritiva (média,mediana, desvio-padrão, erro-padrão e coefi ciente de variação).Para análise inferencial foi utilizado o teste de Kolmogorov-Smirnovpara análise da normalidade e a correlação de Spermam para verifi cara correlação entre as variáveis, com um nível de confi ança de p <0,05. Resultados: A correlação de Spearman foi signifi cante e alta,com signifi cância estatística (p < 0,05). Conclusão: A utilização doquestionário pode ser utilizada como parâmetro para a avaliação daincapacidade de motoristas de ônibus urbano com dor lombar.Palavras-chave: lombalgia, questionário, motorista de ônibus.
