Abstract
L'élection du gouvernement Harper a généré une réflexion chez les chercheurs étudiant la politique étrangère canadienne. Leurs constats oscillant toujours entre continuité et rupture, d’autres contributions sont de mise afin d’alimenter le débat. Cet article répondra à la question suivante : La politique iranienne du Canada, telle qu’elle est formulée et mise en oeuvre, est-elle la manifestation d’une culture stratégique néocontinentaliste ? Cette proposition quant à l’émergence d’une vision néocontinentaliste sera mise à l’épreuve au regard de la politique iranienne du Canada. Évoquée par ce gouvernement comme un élément important de sa politique étrangère, la politique iranienne du Canada n’a été que très peu analysée jusqu’à aujourd’hui.
