Abstract
Le projet d’accompagnement citoyen personnalisé en intégration communautaire (APIC) consiste en l’accompagnement de personnes ayant un problème de santé. Cet accompagnement a lieu lors de la réalisation d’activités qui sont significatives pour l’accompagné. Mais au-delà de l’accompagnement, le processus relationnel s’avère important et complexe. L’objectif du présent article est de proposer une analyse de l’influence des contraintes de pratique sur la santé psychologique d’accompagnateur-citoyen (Ac) d’un point de vue de la psychodynamique du travail. Les résultats émanent d’un suivi de ce processus auprès de dix personnes occupant le rôle d’Ac lors de l’accompagnement de personnes ayant subi un traumatisme cranio-cérébral (TCC). L’étude du phénomène, du point de vue des acteurs, permet de penser à la mise en place d’un soutien et d’outils nécessaires pour éviter les risques pour la santé mentale des Ac.
