Les entreprises sont souvent dépeintes comme étant obnubilées par les profits et la concurrence, nourries par des cultures organisationnelles axées sur la maximisation de la performance à tout prix, et ignorantes des coûts sociaux connexes. Les gens d’affaires sont quant à eux associés au stéréotype de l’individu froid, individualiste et égoïste qui vise son enrichissement avant tout, parfois même aux dépens des autres. Des « psychopathes à cravate » dans nos organisations ? Au-delà de cette image, comment pouvons-nous expliquer les dilemmes éthiques auxquels les organisations font face ? Et si les avancées récentes en neurosciences nous permettaient de jeter un tout nouveau regard sur le côté obscur de la Force ?
