Abstract
Le Code de droit canonique de 1983 prevoit une legislation detaillee concernant les aumoniers, ce qui n'est pas le cas du Code des canons des Eglises orientales de 1990. Cette legislation codifiee est completee par d'autres lois universelles promulguees par le Pape Jean-Paul II: sur les aumoniers militaires et sur les aumoniers maritimes. En outre, le Conseil Pontifical pour la Pastorale des Migrants et des Personnes en deplacement a fourni des directives pour les aumoniers d'aeroport, une instruction pour les aumoniers des migrants, et des orientations pastorales pour les aumoniers des Tsiganes. Cet article etudie le droit universel, codifie et non-codifie, concernant les aumoniers.
