Abstract
Il termine prevenzione ha preso il posto ormai di promozione della salute. Con la dichiarazione della Carta di Ottawa del 1988 la vecchia concezione di salute come semplice assenza di malattia o danno, definisce la salute come aspirazione al benessere fisico, psichico e sociale nell’ambito di un processo relazionale e dinamico con l’ambiente, quale risorsa per lo sviluppo della comunita. L’attivazione di una Rete di servizi in specie nella prevenzione primaria delle tossicodipendenze e importante per promuovere modelli positivi di responsabilita e di autotutela della salute.
