Abstract
Jjcuestión de "la nación" ha ocupado un lugar central en la historia del pensamiento sociológico, ~sí como de las Ciencias S.ociales y Humanas en Quebec desde sus inicios. Este ha sido un tema muy amplio y extenso, por lo que se hace necesario entender en las publicaciones, cuáles son los elementos esenciales que las componen, nosotros no solo podemos entender la gran cantidad de problemas sociales, económicos y políticos que caracterizan la evolución del Quebec contemporáneo, sino que también podemos delinear las características fundamentales del cuerpo de trabajos sociológicos, que por cierto son extremadamente heterogéneos.
