Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar o sistema jurídico canadense, mostrar algumas de suas particularidades e, especialmente, mostrar aos estudiosos o importante exemplo dado por essa nação no sentido de que podemos construir uma sociedade com pleno respeito às diferenças e individualidades de sua população, assim como irá mostrar a importante contribuição dada pelo Canadá ao desenvolvimento do Direito Internacional Público. Abstract: This article has for objective to present the Canadian legal system, to show some of its particularities and, especially, to show to studious the important example given for this nation in the direction of that we can construct a society with full respect the differences and individualities of its population, as well as, will go to show the important contribution given for Canada to the development of the Public International Law.
