Abstract
Syftet med studien var att beskriva aktivitetsproblem hos personer med spondylartrit och att jämföra aktivitetsutförande och aktivitetstillfredställelse före och efter rehabilitering samt att undersöka huruvida resultatet skiljer sig mellan kön och olika åldersgrupper. Urvalsgruppen bestod av 38 personer med diagnosen spondylartrit som var inskrivna på en reumatologisk klinik i Skåne. Studien är uppbyggd av redan insamlad data från bedömningsinstrumentet Canadian Occupation Performance Measure (COPM), där individen skattar sitt aktivitetsutförande och sin aktivitetstillfredställelse. Resultatet visade en positiv förändring mellan inskrivning och fyra månaders uppföljning. Studien visade att det finns skillnader mellan män och kvinnor och mellan de personer som var < 47,5 år respektive > 47,5 år. Studiens resultat pekar på att det behövs fler studier som undersöker hur resultatet av den arbetsterapeutiska behandlingen påverkas av olika demografiska faktorer.
