Uji Validitas Dan Reliabilitas Butir Pemeriksaan Dengan Montreal Cognitive Assesment Versi Indonesia (MOCA-Ina) Pada Insan Pasca Stroke Fase Recovery
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Kesimpulan : Moca-Ina valid dan reliabel untuk pemeriksaan kognitif pada pasien pasca stroke fase recovery Kata kunci: stroke, validitas, moca-ina Abstract Background : Stroke is a major health problem in the world for being the third cause of death in the world and be the first cause of disability . Advancement of medical technology has been successful in reducing the number of deaths from stroke , but the number of stroke disability due to stroke and even tended to increase . Disability after stroke may be impaired motor , sensory , autonomic and cognitive impairment . Objective: To determine valid and reliable point inspection by an Indonesian version of montreal cognitive assessment ( MoCA - Ina) on human post- stroke recovery phase . Methods : a comparative study with the Same Subject Design . Reliability testing in this study using a test-retest test instrument . A total of 20 respondents with post- stroke recovery phase conditions in the department . Dr. Moh . Hosein Palembang , Sumatera, Palembang were aged 45-56 years . Respondents will pass through two stages of observation times . Results : The validity of Moca - Ina obtained r = 0.529 and p = 0.046 . R eliability test obtained p=0.027 , person correlation test obtained value of r = 0.963 and p = 0.000 . Congclution : Moca - Ina is valid and realible to be used to examine cognitive patients with post- stroke recovery phase . Keywords : s troke , validity , moca - ina

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
