Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Precise image alignment is of practical interest in clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, a non-rigid registration algorithm is developed in order to find the global and local motion of the prostate tissue. Modeling local deformation of prostate tissue, among other clinical applications, can improve the dosimetry planning in prostate brachytherapy. This model is obtained using free-form deformation (FFD) based on B-splines. The similarity measure used in this approach is normalized mutual information. The algorithm is applied to 2D ultrasound images of prostate for fully automated registration. The algorithm led to good results in terms of computing both global and local misregistration in prostate images.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
