Abstract
Quels sont les déterminants de l’adoption des TIC par les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) au Congo ? Tel est l’objet de cette étude. Pour répondre à cette question, deux modèles économétriques Logit ont été testés. Les résultats des estimations montrent que la probabilité d’adoption d’Internet et la probabilité d’adoption du téléphone mobile par les PME sont déterminées par les déterminants communs : le secteur d’activité de l’entreprise, le potentiel de capital humain dans l’entreprise, le partenariat des PME avec les institutions étrangères. On note également les déterminants spécifiques pour chaque TIC : les exportations des produits et le coût d’abonnement à l’Internet pour la première TIC et l’existence de plusieurs sites d’activité pour la deuxième TIC.
