Dans de nombreux contextes organisationnels, les travailleurs utilisent leurs corps et leurs sens pour se guider dans la conduite de leur activité quotidienne. Certaines études se concentrent sur les interactions sociales à travers lesquelles des « connaissances sensibles » sont générées et mises en forme par les membres de l’organisation. Suite aux travaux entrepris dans le cadre de ces études, notre objectif dans cet article est d’analyser comment des « connaissances sensibles » sont interactionnellement constituées et « mises en forme » afin de soutenir la production de savoirs. Pour ce faire, nous avons réalisé une ethnographie organisationnelle dans une compagnie d’arpenteurs-géomètres.
