Abstract
Due to changes in international energy affairs when the oil crisis and high oil prices undergoing, Energy issues connected with national security has to be taken seriously. To break our dependence on fossil fuels, developed countries give an impetus to long-term national energy policy. but In Korea, It is weak to establish long-term measures. Domestic energy consumption in buildings, especially the ratio of the energy being consumed is closer to 30%. Increasing proportion of building energy consumption must take positive action when it comes to the country's energy problems. With interest in renewable energy use in buildings and Unused Energy , measures are being prepared. Therefore, in this study, Ocean thermal energy applied to the use of Seawater Heat Source technologies in the development of district cooling systems are discussed and the building using the lake for cooling systems in Toronto, Canada is looked at. Gang-won where the geothermal heat is high were compared by applying Seawater Heat Source District Cooling System.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
