Abstract
Reforming of Russia electro power branch has been focused on the world experience. Before the reforms, that begun in the capitalist countries in the fourth quarter of the last century, it also functioned in the status of natural monopoly. West electric power industry, as well as in our country, structurally were the vertically integrated national or regional companies in generation, transfer and electric power sale spheres. As well as in the Russian Federation there the problems of reforming of electro power branch haven't received the defi nitive permission. But unlike us in the developed capitalist countries the industry has got the status of self-developing systems with the active state tariff regulation.
