Résumé Si le nombre des demandes de bilan de compétences effectuées par les intermittents du spectacle semble s’accroitre proportionnellement au durcissement de leur statut, ce processus d’orientation et d’aide à l’élaboration de projet ne trouve malheureusement pas un écho favorable auprès de l’ensemble de la communauté artistique. Et l’intégration d’outils beaucoup plus pertinents dans la démarche du bilan de compétences pourrait non seulement enrichir sa réputation mais certainement mieux préciser des projets cohérents chez les intermittents.
