Abstract
Cet article dresse un palmarès des facteurs déterminants qui incitent les finissants universitaires à postuler chez un employeur. Les résultats de l’enquête révèlent que le contenu du travail, et plus spécifiquement la possibilité de relever des défis variés, est le critère le plus considéré. Si le contenu du travail est très important, les conditions de travail, telles que le salaire, la sécurité d’emploi et les horaires de travail, sont également décisives quant à l’intention de poser sa candidature chez un employeur. La qualité de vie associée à la région où l’organisation est établie constitue aussi un facteur clé dans l’intention des étudiants universitaires de poser leur candidature. À partir de ces résultats, il est recommandé aux employeurs de faire valoir les caractéristiques à la fois organisationnelles et régionales qui les distinguent, notamment au moyen de modes de recrutement non traditionnels.
