Abstract
Il y a toujours une dialectique entre la projection de puissance de la mer vers la terre et vice-versa. Elle est au cœur du concept dit A2/AD (Anti-Access / Area Denial) et de son inverse, le contre-A2/AD. La dialectique terre/mer est particulièrement forte dans les mers fermées où les deux milieux s’interpénètrent. La Baltique en est un exemple : si la Russie veut s’emparer des pays Baltes, les forces de l’OTAN sont obligées d’y entrer. Le territoire suédois, surtout l’île de Gotland, aurait alors une grande importance.
