Abstract
Cet article propose d’abord une analyse du pattern de la distribution spatiale des principaux groupes minoritaires de la Chine et son évolution afin de souligner la diversité des situations et des niveaux de développement. La seconde partie de l’étude aborde les problèmes majeurs des minorités ethniques et plus généralement de leurs régions, depuis la réforme économique : les inégalités de revenu, d’accès à l’éducation et aux soins de santé sont au cœur du processus d’exclusion. Au terme de cette réflexion, il conviendra de souligner l’importance pour le gouvernement d’adopter une politique de multiculturalisme pour promouvoir l’intégration harmonieuse des cinquante cinq groupes minoritaires dans la société chinoise.
