Abstract
Le développement d’un site Web pour le public des 6 à 12 ans aux bibliothèques publiques de Montréal s’est fait en tenant compte des objectifs organisationnels, des besoins du public-cible et des enjeux liés à la spécificité montréalaise. Cet article fait état des démarches et des approches qui ont été employées afin d’élaborer l’offre de services du site et de sélectionner une méthode de publication Web permettant d’implémenter des services interactifs et participatifs à l’intention, à la fois, des jeunes et des bibliothécaires appelés à leur proposer des contenus.
