Abstract
Introduction : Au Canada, les statistiques indiquent que les jeunes ont de plus en plus de problèmes de santé. Plusieurs programmes d’études abordent une éducation à la santé . Or, que savons-nous exactement des représentations sociales que les jeunes ont de leurs préoccupations face à leur santé ? De la même façon, que savons-nous des représentations sociales des futurs enseignants face aux aspects de la santé qui préoccupent les jeunes ? Méthodes : Une étude exploratoire a été menée auprès de 296 jeunes et 307 futurs enseignants du Nouveau-Brunswick (NB) et du Québec (QC). Résultats : Les données récoltées révèlent que les représentations sociales des jeunes du NB convergent avec celles des futurs enseignants alors que les représentations sociales des jeunes du QC diffèrent de celles de leurs futurs enseignants. Conclusion : Ces résultats permettent de réfléchir aux activités à proposer aux jeunes.
