Abstract
La question de l’immatériel est le plus souvent abordée par les sciences de gestion du point de vue des actifs gérables et des ressources internes mobilisables. Une autre approche existe qui consiste à considérer que la qualité finale du produit, telle que perçue par le consommateur, est un immatériel qui s’actualise dans des signes plus ou moins contrôlables par la firme. L’approche de la question de l’immatériel par le marché est ici construite à partir de la considération d’un attribut particulier de certains produits, le label et de son effet plus ou moins marqué sur le consentement à payer.
