Oder und Rhein sind Grenzflusse. Sie uberwinden zunehmend ihren trennenden Charakter und werden zu verbindenden Elementen eines zusammenwachsenden Europas. Auf einer literarischen Bootsfahrt sollten europaische Perspektiven, Gemeinsames und Unterschiedliches, Chancen und Differenzen fur ein breites Publikum sinnlich erfahrbar gemacht werden.
