Abstract
Cet article porte sur un problème social peu connu mais très présent, soit l'abus d'alcool chez les femmes au travail. Les auteures font d'abord un historique des modes d'intervention offerts en matière d'alcoolisme dans les entreprises. Elles montrent ensuite que ces interventions sont conçues plus en fonction des hommes que des femmes, lesquelles ont un rapport à l'alcool et à l'alcoolisme très spécifique. Enfin elles proposent, à partir des résultats d'une recherche qualitative menée par l'une d'elles, quelques pistes pour une intervention féministe (partage du vécu, prise de conscience des aspects sociaux des comportements liés à l'abus d'alcool, etc.).
