Abstract
La transformation du marché du travail a modifié les tracés linéaires des parcours professionnels. La discontinuité des trajectoires est devenue la norme et l’ensemble de la main-d’œuvre est appelé à un renouvellement constant de connaissances et de compétences afin de s’habiliter à une succession d’emplois différents. Le monde du travail n’a jamais été aussi sensibilisé à l’importance d’une formation continue. Une étude qualitative auprès de femmes de 45 ans et plus à propos de leur développement de carrière indique que pour elles, apprendre a toujours été une activité valorisée et réalisée dans leur vie professionnelle.
