Abstract

À partir d’une recherche réalisée auprès de 27 collégiens, l’auteure a cherché à saisir le processus cognitif dans la compréhension de reportages télévisuels. Cet article examine, principalement, l’interaction entre leurs structures cognitives et leurs formes d’expression dans une situation de réception. Elle conclut que les participants utilisent le modèle du reportage du journal télévisé dans leur structure cognitive. La sélection des éléments est déterminée par certaines formes d’expression inscrites dans les reportages. Les participants ont combiné les éléments sélectionnés selon la structure logique et causale telle qu’elle s’inscrit dans leur structure cognitive. L’interrelation entre les récepteurs et les reportages est le résultat d’une interaction bilatérale.
