Abstract
Educators and student affairs professionals are responding to the call for internationalizing education to keeppace with social, political, and economic globalization. This article provides a qualitative description of thetransformation and globalization of an undergraduate college. Successful implementation of a college-wideinternational initiative is derived from the congruence between an academic agenda, student personal goals, andan institutional priority of globalization. Ultimately, an international experience benefits students academicallyand in personal growth and maturity.
