Face à la crise démocratique actuelle, des solutions doivent être mises en œuvre : enseignement de disciplines favorisant la conscience citoyenne à l’école, garantie d’indépendance et de pluralisme de l’information délivrée aux citoyens, réforme des modes de scrutin et des campagnes électorales pour améliorer la représentativité des élus et favoriser l’émergence d’autres forces politiques, mise en place d’un lien étroit entre élu et électeur par la possibilité pour l’électeur de lui signifier son avis par des référendums consultatifs réguliers et l’obligation pour l’élu de justifier ses votes, mise en place d’outils innovants de démocratie directe, service civique obligatoire…
