Abstract
Dans cette entrevue, Françoise David, présidente de la Fédération des femmes du Québec, fait part de ses apprentissages, de ses satisfactions et de ses espoirs au sujet de la Marche mondiale des femmes. Au-delà de son rôle premier qui consiste à faire avancer les revendications des femmes, la Marche est aussi, d'après Françoise David, un grand chantier d'éducation populaire et un lieu de construction de réseaux de solidarité sur les plans national et international. Elle parle en outre de la façon dont les femmes de partout au monde ont réussi à surmonter les différences de langue, de culture, d'expérience pour adopter une plate-forme commune et se mobiliser dans plus de 150 pays en vue de cette marche.
