Abstract
Partant de l'hypothèse de travail que la notion de médecine globale avait été mise en œuvre dans les C.L.S.C. par l'organisation multidisciplinaire de la pratique professionnelle, l'auteur a tenté d'évaluer comment ce mode de fonctionnement affectait l'accessibilité et la continuité des soins. Des trois modèles d'interdisciplinarité que sa recherche a permis d'expliciter, deux seulement ont pu être observés. Il s'agit en fait de deux modes d'adaptation du modèle professionnel classique, fondé sur l'autonomie du praticien. Il semble également que le modèle n'ait pas d'effet sur l'accessibilité et la continuité des soins.
