En cherchant une voie pour s'éloigner du naturalisme- en tant que système interprétatif - et de l'illusion scénique, le groupe «Los Volatineros» et le metteur en scène Francisco Javier ont trouvé dans l'oeuvre de Meyerhold un certain nombre d'indicateurs précis d'un style créateur qui se situait à l'extrême opposé de celui proposé par Stanislavski. Convention consciente, préjeu, biomécanique, jeu inversé sont certains des concepts meyerholdiens qui, par l'expérimentation, sont devenus le fondement de la poétique du groupe dont le metteur en scène nous rappelle quelques réalisations.
