Abstract
Quel que soit l’angle sous lequel on l’examine, le champ de la santé est en pleine transformation. Ces changements soulèvent d’innombrables questions auxquelles la sociologie est confrontée. Deux enjeux sont ici examinés : les déterminants de la santé, en particulier l’importance des facteurs sociaux, économiques et culturels et les modes de régulation du système de soins dans un contexte où le rationnement des ressources se fait plus pressant que celui que nous avons connu par le passé.
