Abstract
Abstract Cet article présente une nouvelle technologie d'appareils de dépôt chimique en phase vapeur qui a été développée afin de supprimer plusieurs problèmes rencontrés dans l'industrie microélectronique. En outre, cette technologie permet de concevoir un modèle réduit parfaitement représentatif du réacteur industriel, très utile pour effectuer des développements plus rationnels de nouvelles applications. La première partie de cet article décrit les réacteurs puis présente et analyse un ensemble de résultats expérimentaux. Quatre types de dépôts, de complexité croissante, ont été choisis pour effectuer une comparaison détaillée entre les performances de la nouvelle technologie et celles des réacteurs que les industries microélectroniques utilisent classiquement.
