Résumé Cette étude propose une lecture comparée de deux textes de Jacques Ferron .-"Une fâcheuse compagnie' et "Les têtes de morues", qui font respectivement partie des recueils marquant les extrémités de l'oeuvre ferronienne, les Contes (1968) et La Conférence inachevée (1987). Pratiquant une microlecture du détail textuel qui emprunte également à la démarche psychanalytique, l'auteure interroge les différences relatives à l'esthétique du conte mise en scène dans ces deux recueils et met au jour la remarquable cohérence de l'écriture de Ferron qui, d'une version à l'autre, "retouche- et remanie en profondeur des signifiants majeurs de ce qu'on peut appeler sa "fiction autobiographique".
