Abstract
Résumé La dissonance émotionnelle au travail, concept novateur est tiré de la théorie de la dissonance cognitive (Festinger, 1957). La tension psychologique et physique insupportable issue de cette confrontation normes/émotions, est à l’origine de nombreux désagréments organisationnels. Cet article en explore les outils de mesure et révèle les avantages et les inconvénients de l’observation participante utilisant les outils de l’ethnométhodologie.
