Abstract
Dans le contexte de la communication mondiale, les médias traditionnels perdent leur monopole en raison du déploiement d’autres mécanismes de mise en public. La communication publique est désormais réalisée par un orchestre de moyens en expansion et la délibération collective qui accompagne les régimes démocratiques, et qui leur est indispensable, se révèle suspendue aux possibilités et contraintes offertes par ce nouvel ensemble. Le groupe de recherche sur les pratiques novatrices en communication publique (PNCP) à l’Université Laval, réalise au Québec une recherche empirique sur cette question auprès d’un échantillonnage d’une dizaine d’organisations privées, publiques et associatives.
