Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract The effect of the diamagnetic shift on the formation of excitons is investigated for double layer semiconductor systems in which electrons and holes are spatially separated. The effect of disorder due to interface roughness of the double layer structures is included in the calculation of exciton density. Numerical calculations are performed based on an effective lattice‐gas model where the electron–hole system is divided into unit cells. The exciton density is calculated by using the partition function method. The effect of the nonlinear Zeeman splitting is also included in the numerical calculations. It is found that the density of the optically allowed exciton states (excitons with S z = 0) increases under the influence of either or both the diamagnetic and the nonlinear Zeeman shifts.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
