Abstract
Dans son rôle de protecteur des enfants, le Juge de la Cour du Québec, Chambre de la jeunesse, doit vérifier si la sécurité ou le développement d'un enfant est compromis. Les cas d'abus sexuels sur des enfants en bas âge sont parmi les plus difficiles à prouver. En vertu de la plus récente jurisprudence, les déclarations extrajudiciaires des jeunes enfants victimes d'abus sexuels seraient admissibles en preuve, à titre d'exception à la règle de l'exclusion du ouï-dire. Cet article fait le point sur la question.
