Cet article propose une recension critique des recherches sur la santé des adolescentes lesbiennes, bisexuelles et en questionnement (LBQ) au Canada et aux États-Unis. La recension a été conduite dans une perspective féministe en vue de circonscrire les problématiques qui touchent plus particulièrement les jeunes filles de minorités sexuelles, de dégager les différences selon le sexe et l’orientation sexuelle ainsi que de débusquer certains biais méthodologiques (voire idéologiques) parfois reconduits dans les recherches. Les études sont examinées sous l’angle de leur capacité à rendre compte de la double oppression qui pèse sur les adolescentes LBQ et des difficultés auxquelles celles-ci doivent faire face.
