Abstract
Cet article retrace le déroulé d’une session de formation sur l’égalité et les discriminations dans une perspective intersectionnelle auprès d’un groupe de stagiaires très hétérogène. Les formatrices se sont senties dépassées par les rapports de domination à l’oeuvre au sein du groupe, ce qui les a conduites à repenser la formation. L’application du concept d’intersectionnalité à l’analyse des pratiques implique une longue réflexion en amont en termes de démarche pédagogique, d’implication du formateur ou de la formatrice et d’utilisation des rapports sociaux au sein du groupe comme matériels à travailler en tant que tel.
