Abstract
Résumé Cet article porte sur les multiples formes d’intrusion du travail dans la vie personnelle des cadres. Plus particulièrement, nous nous penchons sur les raisons qui poussent les femmes et les hommes cadres à laisser leur travail déborder sur leur temps personnel. Les résultats d’une enquête par questionnaire montrent que certaines différences entre les femmes et les hommes cadres sont révélatrices des inégalités persistantes. Enfin, nous examinons les implications de ces résultats pour les individus et les organisations.
