Abstract
L’absence d’intégration des employés âgés dans les entreprises pousse certains États à adopter des lois. Cet article vise à analyser les incidences de la Loi de financement de la sécurité sociale, adoptée en France en 2009, qui demande aux entreprises de négocier un accord d’entreprise ou d’élaborer un plan d’action relativement à l’emploi des travailleurs âgés. Nous décrivons le contenu des plans d’action et accords adoptés par les entreprises françaises. Puis, nous indiquons les atouts et les limites de la législation. Enfin, nous faisons des recommandations visant à aider les dirigeants à optimiser les retombées de leurs actions en allant au-delà de ce que prescrivent les lois.
