Le diagnostic de psychose et ses enjeux : apport des tests projectifs. Les auteurs se penchent sur les enjeux d’un diagnostic de psychose posé aux tests projectifs, en particulier, lorsque les manifestations symptomatiques ne sont pas évocatrices de cette pathologie. Le recours exclusif à une approche symptomatologique ainsi que diverses représentations collectives et contre-attitudes individuelles peuvent oeuvrer dans le sens d’une non reconnaissance du fonctionnement psychotique sous-jacent. Des études de cas illustreront l’apport essentiel des tests projectifs à la mise en évidence de cette structuration psychotique et son impact sur le traitement et l’évolution.
