Abstract
Le changement climatique prend progressivement place dans nos vies à travers des mises en récits et en intrigues qui sont autant d’incitation à l’action ainsi qu’en témoignent les politiques publiques qui commencent à voir le jour à ce sujet. Les deux principales familles dont on dispose actuellement - les politiques de mitigation et d’adaptation – font appel à des ressorts différents de l’action. Les premières mettent en scène un risque et incitent à s’en prévenir ; les secondes attestent de ce que les changements annoncés sont bel et bien là. Si l’adaptation est bel et bien à l’ordre du jour, quels contenus lui donner ? Nous avons commencé à explorer cette piste à l’échelle des villes en France.
