Abstract
Le luxe de l'écriture et dans l'écriture participe du symbolique. Comme lui, il est un cache posé sur le manque. C'est bien un manque-à-soi que la Vagabonde met en scène dans son incipit. L'auteure y balbutie l'angoisse concomitante à la rencontre de son image de soi comme signifiant appartenant à l'Autre (sexe). Selon nous, l'advenue à l'écriture de son héroïne, doit en passer par une lecture, une rencontre du corps avec l'Autre incarné comme lettre sur un mur avant qu'un «je» de femme puisse intervenir dans une histoire et dans une oeuvre.
