Abstract
L’auteure analyse l’évolution de l’écosystème médiatique, ses principales transformations et implications socio-économiques, à travers une revue de la littérature qui reprend l’avancement des développements majeurs et leurs évolutions avant et après l’arrivée des nouvelles technologies et d’Internet. Son point de départ est double : l’information en tant que bien collectif et les médias comme plate-forme d’échanges avec leur modèle d’affaires spécifique. Par des questionnements d’ordre socio-politique, elle étudie les incidences du double financement sur la nature des contenus offerts, en termes de pluralisme, de diversité voire de qualité, en examinant aussi le rôle de l’État au sein de ces industries.
