Abstract
L'article 20 du Code du Travail et la syndicalisation des ingénieurs et autres scientifiques : le cas de la RCA LIMITED. En mars dernier, le Tribunal du travail rendait jugement dans une affaire où la principale question de droit reposait sur l'interprétation du troisième alinéa de l'article 20 du Code du Travail 1. Je me propose ici de commenter cet aspect de la décision. 1 RCA LIMITED (appelante) v.
